Built by paid media people.
For paid media teams.

We’ve worked across agencies of all sizes, with global brands and smaller businesses. Different teams. Different budgets. The same hours lost to manual work.

Different agencies.
The same story.

Our experience spans large media networks, smaller independent agencies, enterprise clients and businesses working with limited budgets. Across channels and teams, we kept finding the same thing: talented paid media people spending too much time moving information around.

Plans in spreadsheets. Details entered more than once. Approvals split between email, Slack, WhatsApp and meetings. By the time a campaign was ready to build, finding the agreed version could be a job in itself.

AI can make the work faster. It can also add another layer of confusion.

Different prompts, different sources, different tools. Sometimes a plan is generated and passed on without enough checking. More output doesn’t necessarily mean a clearer process or a better plan.

We wanted the work
to stay together.

That became the starting point for Mediacendo: one place for the whole process, from the first brief to the final report. A place where research informs the plan, the plan carries into activation, and decisions stay with the work.

We didn’t set out to make another tool for one isolated task. We wanted to reduce the handovers, repeated entry and lost context between tasks and give teams a clearer way to review the work together.

The ambition is simple: less time reconstructing what happened, more time thinking about what should happen next.

People decide.

Paid media experience.
Human judgement.

Working in paid media teaches you what a useful deliverable looks like. A plan needs more than polished wording: its assumptions, budgets and recommendations need to make sense, and the thinking behind them needs to stand up to questions.

That experience shapes how we build Mediacendo. AI can do a lot of the preparation, but a person still needs to check the sources, challenge the numbers and adapt the work to the client and the campaign.

Review, editing and approval are part of the process, not obstacles to it. We don’t want a machine that sends campaigns live without anyone thinking about them.

Built in the AI era.
Grounded in paid media.

Mediacendo is a young platform. That gave us the opportunity to design AI into the workflow from the beginning, rather than treat it as an extra button added later.

We think about where AI can help, which model suits the task, and what context and sources it needs to produce useful work. The brief, brand knowledge and campaign requirements matter as much as the prompt.

Our aim is to combine that new way of building software with practical paid media experience: useful preparation, clear standards, and room for people to question, change and improve the result.

How AI handles your information →

A useful starting point.
Never the final word.

AI can give you a strong draft. It can save hours of research, calculation and formatting. But it still needs to be checked, improved and sometimes changed completely.

We’re building Mediacendo for the people who do that thinking: agency teams, in-house paid media teams and the brands working alongside them. The software should make their work easier, while keeping their judgement and control intact.

Better tools. More time to think. People still in charge.
